Informatica to
dbt Core + Airflow

Move off Informatica with AI agents — onto an open platform you own. Know the scope before you start, and prove the numbers match before you switch.

What you get

Four things every Informatica migration needs — handled by our AI agents.

Know your estate before you start

DATAP.AI reads an export of your Informatica folders inside your own VPC. Within a day you see every mapping and its verdict.

  • ✓What moves automatically, what needs review
  • ✓What is missing or no longer used
  • ✓A migration plan in waves

Converted automatically

Mappings become dbt Core models that transform your data. Workflows become Airflow schedules that run them. Both open source — no new licences.

  • ✓Same logic, readable code
  • ✓Schedules and dependencies kept
  • ✓Runs on the platform you choose

AI agents with your experts

Our AI agents handle the unusual logic. Your team reviews and approves every change.

  • ✓Every AI change explained
  • ✓Nothing ships without approval
  • ✓Your code and data stay in your cloud

Proven before you switch

Old and new pipelines run side by side until the results match.

  • ✓Numbers checked, not assumed
  • ✓Lineage and tests included
  • ✓An audit-ready record of the migration

Three steps

1

Assess in your VPC

DATAP.AI is deployed as containers in your cloud and reads one folder export there. Nothing leaves your network.

2

See a pilot

One folder converted and running on your platform, with the numbers compared.

3

Migrate in waves

The rest of the estate, wave by wave, with your team approving each one.

Q. Do you need access to our systems?

No. DATAP.AI is deployed as containers inside your VPC from day one and reads standard export files there. We never access your network or store your data — and after the migration it is 100% yours.

Q. Which platforms can we move to?

Snowflake, Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, AWS or Google Cloud — on open Iceberg storage, so you can change later.

Q. Do we need to pay for dbt Cloud?

No. dbt Labs is the company behind dbt. By default we use dbt Core, its free open-source tool, with Apache Airflow — both running in your own cloud. If you prefer dbt Cloud, its paid hosted service, the same project moves there as-is.

Q. What if something can't convert automatically?

It is flagged in the assessment with the reason. Our AI agents propose a fix and your team approves it.

Start with one folder

Start with one folder, assessed inside your VPC. You get the verdicts and a pilot plan.
